The Face Behind Wholesome Box - Dickson
Hi! I'm Heather, a local mom here in Dickson, and I wanted to introduce myself and the story behind Wholesome Box.
Wholesome Box is a weekly produce box filled with fresh, responsibly grown fruits and vegetables from small Amish farms about 70 miles from here.
I started this because I care deeply about how we treat the Earth — and even more about what I feed my kids. Over the past year, I’ve been focused on helping my family eat more intentionally: real food, grown in healthy soil, without herbicides, and with care. When I found these amazing Amish farmers who grow food the way it should be grown, I knew I had to help bring it to our community.
Most of the produce is picked shortly before it reaches you, even earlier that same day, so it’s incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and more nutritious than what you'd typically find in stores. You really can taste the difference — and your body can feel it too.
I have boxes to fit individuals, couples, and families. Pickup is conveniently located right here in Dickson, and I also offer local home delivery for a small additional fee.
